Why should you choose one company over another?

In Web design there are several factors that help you make that decision.

1. What is your budget?

• Money always speaks volumes in any type of business transaction.
• Will the budget you have get the quality you want?
  • Yes It will if you shop around and ask questions.
• Seeing some website designer prices sometime scares the small business owner off from doing a web site.

2. Knowing what you want your clients to get out of your website and that the company you choose can do what you want.

• Just information?
• Interactive (such as a blog, newsletters)
• Being able to order your product

3. Communication? Are they easily contactable? and can you talk with them instead of being talked at?

• IM
• Phone
• Texting
• Email
• Chat

4. What does their website look like? And does it make you want to look around?

• Do you like it?
• Are you comfortable looking around?
• Is it easy to navigate?

5. What is included in the price?

• Just web design?
• Hosting?
• Domain?
• Maintenance?

 

There are several factors that make you choose one company over another.

 

I find that the big companies are not always the best. It is the small companies might be the business owners choice. This is because:

• They seem to have more of a passion for what they do.
• More flexible with their prices.
• Better Communication
